Using LayeredFX
These terms cover use of layeredfx.com, Wall Studio, customer accounts, uploads, and communication features. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and provide accurate information. If you do not agree, do not use the website or account features. You must be an adult authorized to request the services and share the information you submit.
Services and project agreements
LayeredFX offers surface and design services, including wraps, wallpaper, wall cladding, decorative finishes, window film, and related project support. A website inquiry, preview, or requested appointment is not a confirmed installation contract. Scope, products, preparation, site access, schedule, price, payment, changes, cancellation, and any applicable warranty are established in the written project agreement. That agreement governs the project if it differs from general website information.
Estimates, materials and scheduling
Online calculations and design previews are planning tools. Final quantities, appearance, suitability, preparation, and pricing depend on the selected products and site conditions. A requested date or time remains subject to confirmation. Review physical samples and the final project specification before approving work. Do not rely on a photograph or digital preview as a guarantee of exact color, texture, or performance.
Accounts and portal use
Protect your sign-in credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for information and instructions submitted through your account. Use the portal for legitimate project activity. Do not attempt to access other accounts, interfere with service, upload harmful code, or bypass security controls. We may restrict access to address misuse or security concerns while preserving rights required by law.
Uploads and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your images, designs, and files. You grant LayeredFX permission to store, review, adapt, and reproduce them as needed to evaluate and perform the services you request. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and approvals, including permission for any people, brands, or copyrighted artwork shown. Promotional use of customer project images requires separate permission. LayeredFX website content and original design materials may not be copied for unrelated commercial use without permission.
SMS program
If you opt in, LayeredFX may send recurring automated texts about project updates, appointments, design news, and offers to the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact hello@layeredfx.com or (480) 999-9906. A final confirmation may be sent after a text opt-out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notify us if your number changes, and only enroll a number you control.
Email and preferences
Optional email subscriptions include design news and offers. Use the unsubscribe link or our Opt-Out page to stop marketing email. Necessary project, account, or security messages may still be sent. SMS and email choices are independent. Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, service providers, and consent records.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep website information and tools useful, but availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing submitted details, files, and approvals. To the extent allowed by applicable law, website tools are provided as available and are not a substitute for a confirmed project specification. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Questions, disputes and updates
Please contact us first about a website or project concern so we can try to resolve it. Applicable Arizona law governs these website terms, subject to rights that apply by law. Project-specific dispute provisions, if any, belong in the signed project agreement. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies the current version.
