Information we collect
We collect the details you provide when you contact LayeredFX, request a consultation, use your portal, or manage communication preferences. These may include your name, email, phone number, company, project address, project description, measurements, requested dates, messages, and uploaded photos or files. Our website and service providers may also process technical information such as browser details, network information, and security logs.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, develop project scopes, provide design and installation services, maintain customer accounts, review files, manage projects and appointments, prevent misuse, and keep business records. Optional marketing messages are based on your selected communication preferences. Submitting a project inquiry does not enroll you in marketing.
Images, uploads and Wall Studio
Only upload material you have permission to share. Avoid including unnecessary personal or confidential information. Project images and files may be reviewed by authorized staff and service providers for your request. You keep your ownership rights and allow us to use submitted material to evaluate and deliver the requested services. Public portfolio or promotional use requires separate permission. Digital mockups are visual concepts and may differ from physical materials.
Sharing and service providers
We may use hosting, account, storage, mapping, communications, and other service providers to operate the website and fulfill your requests. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared for unrelated purposes. Providers processing messages on our behalf may receive the information needed to deliver that service.
Cookies, maps and links
The site uses browser storage and cookies for accounts, preferences, saved drafts, and application functions. Embedded maps may send technical information to the map provider when loaded. External links and provider services operate under their own privacy policies. You can manage browser storage and cookies in your browser; some account or draft functions may then be unavailable.
Communication choices
SMS and email marketing choices are separate and optional. You can use our Opt-In and Opt-Out pages, reply STOP to a LayeredFX text, or use an email unsubscribe link. Reply HELP for SMS assistance or contact hello@layeredfx.com. Necessary account, security, and active-project communications may continue where appropriate even when marketing is stopped. We retain consent and opt-out records to respect your preferences.
Retention, access and security
We retain information as needed for the purpose it was collected, ongoing service, consent records, dispute resolution, and applicable business or legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify your identity and may need to retain certain records. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Our services are intended for adults; do not submit children's personal information.
